How do I return an item?

Return Policy

All of our products are backed by our Hassle Free Returns guarantee. Every purchase is backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your purchase, just send it back to us within 14 days from the time you received it. Please keep in mind that refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only and return shipping charges are not refundable. All return products require a RA# (Return Authorization Number) to be initiated within 14 days of delivery. Simply e-mail us info@costumexpo.com and inform us of your return.
The following items are NEVER returnable: Any item that have been worn, used or altered such as: wigs, masks, beards, facial hair, prosthetics, fangs or any other fake teeth.

 
Exchanges
If you need a different size or a different costume, you must place a new order for the needed replacement item(s) and return the item(s) you have already received. All exchanges require a RA# (Return Authorization Number) which can be obtained by e-mailing us info@costumexpo.com   This process is required because the desired item(s) may be out of stock by the time we receive your return. This also ensures that you receive our replacement item(s) quickly. A refund for the original item(s) will be given as long as our guidelines are fully met. Refunds are for the cost of the merchandise only, not including shipping and handling.

If we shipped you the wrong item or size or the item came in damaged we will refund your shipping cost. Please place a replacement order on our website and ship the original item back to us. The merchandise being ship back must be returned via U.S. Post Office with proof of delivery. Only by shipping through the Post Office will we be able to see your shipping charges and credit you for the correct amount.

If you are exchanging merchandise for any other reason, follow the directions in the Return Instructions section and then place a new order for the replacement item on our website.
Costumexpo.com reserves the right not to except costumes that do not meet the return criteria.
Once your return has been received and it meet our criteria  allow 2-3 weeks for your refund to be processed.
